Consulte a tabela abaixo: | **Problema ou sintoma observado** | **Possível solução** | | --- | --- | | **Recurso não visível ou não responde como esperado no software AoFrio** | Se uma função não estiver funcionando no aplicativo que você está usando – como o Field app – pode ser que o firmware atual no dispositivo AoFrio não seja a versão mais recente. Isso pode significar que você precisa realizar uma atualização de firmware OTA antes de procurar novamente o recurso no software. | | **Falhas no rastreamento de localização** | Se você não consegue localizar um Controlador SCS ou Gateway no seu telefone, isso pode ocorrer por vários motivos. Recomendamos que você: - Confirme se o GPS está ativado no seu telefone. - Verifique se não há uma barreira física no local que possa estar bloqueando ou interferindo no sinal de GPS – como uma parede ou pilar de concreto. - Tente usar um método alternativo para marcar a localização GPS – como inserir o endereço manualmente no Field app. - Converse com o gerente do local para verificar se o cooler não está sendo desligado durante a semana – por exemplo, à noite para economizar energia ou devido a interrupções não planejadas no fornecimento.
