Reset the ID for an SCS Controller

Reset the ID for an SCS Controller using Field app.

If you are resetting the ID for an SCS Controller you will need the activate the new database before updating the cooler details. 

Ask your AoFrio Customer Success Manager for a new database activation code and permissions to update IDs if you don't have those already.

Once you have activated the database on Field app, you can connect to the SCS Controller and reset the IDs. You will be prompted to complete details for the Manufacturer, Asset #, Cooler Model, etc. Once you have confirmed these, don't forget to click DISCONNECT so that the new information is saved.
