Temperature thresholds & alarm logic (Food Retail)
Temperature thresholds define when the Food Retail platform generates warning and critical alarms.
The platform continuously compares incoming sensor readings against configured temperature limits. When a temperature remains outside the acceptable range for the required period, an alarm may be triggered.
