Request an activation code for a cooler at your business location

If you have a cooler with installed AoFrio hardware, and don't have an activation code to access AoFrio's Field app, you will need to ask the owner of the cooler (rather than AoFrio) to get permission to update the cooler settings.

Sometimes site managers for supermarkets, restaurants, minimarkets, cafes etc. contact us about adjusting the settings or alarms for coolers already located at their business premises because they have seen an installed AoFrio SCS Controller or other AoFrio hardware.

If this is your situation, we recommend that you contact the owner of the cooler (often this is a Cold Drink Equipment brand) as they will have the permissions needed to send you an activation code. They may also prefer to send out a sales or service technician to your location to make these changes in person and to check the general status of the cooler.
