Log a support ticket with AoFrio

If you are an existing AoFrio customer, you're in the right place to make a request with our customer support team.

  1. Click Go to Customer Portal to view existing tickets and check their status.
  2. If you want to log a new request, click File a support ticket.
  3. Be sure to include your Email address, Ticket name, and Ticket description then click Submit to log the ticket.
