Troubleshooting connection issues for the Monitor

After setting up your Monitor and finding there is an issue you can troubleshoot the connection as follows.

Internet Connection Required
  • Gateway cannot find an internet connection.
Check the Internet connection on your mobile device

Gateway already belongs to someone else.

  • The Gateway you are trying to associate with the Monitor has already been claimed to another bottler or company.
Contact AoFrio support.

Gateway is already tracking another device.

  • The Gateway appears to betracking another device (eg.
    SCS Controller or Monitor) already.
Click OK to proceed and override the association.

Monitor already being tracked

  • The Monitor appears as its being tracked by another Gateway already.
Click OK to proceed and override the association.
