Check the current status and connectivity of the Gateway and Network Pro devices in your fleet.
1. From the main left-hand menu, select System, then click Connect Network Pro.
The dashboard automatically shows a selection of Gateway and Network Pro devices based on date.
2. To update the date range click on the Show coolers tracked within X days filter and choose a date range from the dropdown.
This filter can be very useful if you want to see equipment that has recently been installed or moved location.
3. Check the status of the listed Gateway and Network Pro devices by searching for Serial #, customer ID, outlet name or cooler(equipment) asset # or review the dashboard as follows:
- Total registered Network Pro devices - all Gateway and Network Pro devices in your fleet
- Total active Network Pro devices - all Gateway and Network Pro devices in your fleet that have been installed and have uploaded data
- Number of coolers tracked within X days - all coolers connected to Gateway and Network Pro devices that have uploaded data in the period selected under the right-hand date-selection filter
- Individual Gateway and Network Pro devices listed in the table:
- Serial - the serial number of the Gateway or Network Pro
- Coolers - number of coolers or other equipment connected to that Gateway or Network Pro
- Last upload - the date of last connection and uploaded data
- Outlet name - where the Gateway or Network Pro is installed
- Customer ID - customer number
- Address - install location
- Version - current Firmware (FW) version
- Power column - this column shows if the Gateway or Network Pro is still connected to its mains power source and the status of its battery health.
- Cellular strength - the last known status for the cellular connection to the Gateway or Network Pro. If not known or not connected this column will show as greyed out.
Create a CSV file from your filtered view
To save a CSV version of your filtered dashboard view, click Export to create a CSV file that you can save onto your computer.
