By using custom labels in AoFrio's Report app, you can locate your fleet on maps with tags that group equipment into statuses including Lost, Trial, Inspection due, Cleaning due etc.
Set up your custom fields
Decide a group of statuses for your equipment that you'd like to see on a map. For example, Lost, Trial, Inspection due or Cleaning due etc.
Statuses can be edited or added at a later date. You can also have more than one custom status, e.g. Inspection due + Trial.
- Go the main menu and click System, then click Settings.
- Click + NEW FIELD then complete the details for your custom status including Title, Field name, Type and the Options you want to group together.
- Click SAVE FIELDS to finalise your list.
Assign statuses to your equipment
To update the statuses for coolers in your fleet, click on Asset then select Single Cooler View or Audit list to filter down to details for individual coolers you want to update.
- On the details screen for an individual cooler, scroll down to the CUSTOM FIELDS section on the right.
- Next to Status click No value set.
- Select a status from the dropdown list and then click CHANGE.

Once you have added custom statuses to coolers in your fleet:
- Click on Asset in the main menu, then select Installation Map.
- Click Filter and select the Region, Brand, Sales route or Tech route as needed, then click the CUSTOM FIELD (or fields) you want to view.
The map will now show a customised view of all coolers with the status you have selected.
