Why are duplicate coolers showing in the Report app dashboard?
When cooler information looks to be duplicated or incorrect in Report app, it is often because there has been an error during the activation or commissioning.
If a cooler hasn’t been assigned an asset number or install address, or if this detail is incorrect (eg. It has the same asset number as another cooler), it can cause incorrect mapping in Report app. We recommend that you check the SCS details to confirm they are correct.
- If you are visiting a site, you can connect to the cooler with Field app check the SCS Info screen, updating any incorrect details for the cooler by following the steps here: Add a cooler with an SCS Controller to your list on the Field app.
Note: It is important to complete the final disconnect step to ensure that all new asset data is properly stored in the SCS Controller.
- If you are working remotely, you can use Report app to identify and update equipment that doesn't have a complete or correct set of asset information. For example you can fix incomplete addressing or edit asset display name as well as updating the equipment details in the Single cooler view.
