Identify and update equipment that doesn't have a confirmed install address in Report app.
Normally when equipment is installed at a location, it is recommended to assign it with an "Install address" through AoFrio's Track or Field app. In situations where this hasn't happened, or where the address has insufficient detail for the mapping software to confirm, you can update the equipment information through the 'Incomplete addressing' function in Report app.
1. From the main left-hand menu, select System, then click Incomplete addressing.
2. Either:
- Select individual equipment from the left-hand list OR
- Click Filter to filter equipment by the following categories:
- Manufacturer
- Models
- Capacity (in litres)
- ORG (organisation)
- Brand
- Sales route
- Tech route (ie. service and maintenance)
...then click Apply or Reset to update the selection.
3. (Optional) Enter or edit additional customer details in the related fields for Outlet name, Customer ID, Phone, Unit (eg Warehouse 1, Building A), and Email.
4. Enter address details under Install address or click one of the following options:
- Use Install Google address - If address information already exists it will be shown on this page.
- Use last tracked GPS address - If address information already exists it will be shown on this page.
- CONVERT ADDRESS TO GOOGLE LOCATION
You can also update address details under the information for individual equipment accessed through the dashboards within Report app.
