Instant and delayed disable

This feature extends the disable capability to allow instant and delayed disable, which are now controlled by parameters.

Instant disable

All outputs are turned off immediately (compressor, lights, fans)

An event code shows that the cooler has entered ‘Hard disable’

Display shows ‘Hd’ on screen

Delayed disable

The compressor is turned off after a random delay, between 2 new parameters: 'Cooler disable time min' and 'Cooler disable time max' with a range of 1-255 hours

Minimum default is 24 hours

Maximum default 72 hours

Lights and fans remain in normal operation

Display shows temperature or alarms as normal

An event code shows that the cooler has entered ‘Soft disable’

This release includes a number of bug fixes:
- When you set the Install Address for a cooler, its status now updates in the map view. Previously, you needed to log out and login again to see this change.
- When a service request is closed, the status now updates in the map view without needing to log out and login again to see the change.
- Where a cooler has an incomplete address, if you set the address there and save it, it will now disappear from the Incomplete Address list. Previously, this function wasn’t available on the Incomplete Address screen.
- A bug where databases without an org-specified sales report were not populating any data has now been fixed.

- Upload via WiFi only
- Currently AoFrio’s Track app automatically chooses any available cellular network to upload data from a connected cooler. This can incur additional cellular data costs for some customers, so AoFrio is adding an option for them to upload via WiFi only.
- This feature can be enabled for your database so users don’t need to change their phone settings for Track app.
- When enabled data will only be uploaded once the device is connected to a WiFi network.
- If not enabled users can still choose to upload via WiFi only or any network from the Track app settings menu.
- Remote changes
- This release contains functionality that allows Track app to change the configuration of the cooler which has been triggered remotely. We're initially supporting Remote Disable and Setpoint Temperature changes. Talk to your Customer Success Manager for more information.
