Upload data from your cooler to Track app

How to confirm you have successfully uploaded data from your cooler to Track app on your Android or iOS device.

When you visit a location with connected coolers, Track app will automatically start searching for coolers that you have been set up to gather data from. To confirm that you have connected successfully:

1. Open Track app on your mobile device and navigate to the Scan Activity screen. You will see coolers that you have been in proximity with and connected to.Data being downloaded from cooler to Track App

2. Under today's date, check to see the status of any current downloads. (See picture on right).

Once data has been successfully downloaded to your device, the status will change from "Downloading" to "Complete" and the percentage will display as "100%".

Fields in the "To be uploaded" section such as "Events", "Statistics", "Status" and "Lifetime counts" will display numbers related to the download.

Once you have uploaded data from a cooler to your device the data will be stored there until it is uploaded to the Cloud via connection to the Internet.

Once uploaded to the Cloud fields for ""Events", "Statistics", "Status" and "Lifetime counts" will revert to display "0".

Note: Visits can be any value and do not impact the initial data upload to the Cloud. They are uploaded separately.
