    Consequences of not upgrading: Firmware and software will not be up-to-date with the benefit of the latest improvements and bug fixes. 

    Release notes

    This release includes a number of bug fixes:

    • When you set the Install Address for a cooler, its status now updates in the map view. Previously, you needed to log out and login again to see this change.
    • When a service request is closed, the status now updates in the map view without needing to log out and login again to see the change.
    • Where a cooler has an incomplete address, if you set the address there and save it, it will now disappear from the Incomplete Address list. Previously, this function wasn’t available on the Incomplete Address screen.
    • A bug where databases without an org-specified sales report were not populating any data has now been fixed.

    Release notes

    New features

    • ‘Scan’ button has been replaced with ‘Connect Now’
      • When pressed this will ignore the last time data was downloaded from all controllers and will connect to all SCS devices within range
      • If the last download complete datetime is available it will download only the most recent data
    • Upload/download colours updated
      • Download is green. Upload is Blue. Errors are red.
    • Other bug fixes and performance improvements

    Release Notes

    This release supports the recent release of 4024 firmware for three new key features:

    • Energy Efficiency and Variable Speed Compressor (VSC)
      • Sensor data is used by the SCS Controller to make precise adjustments to compressor speed, optimizing energy efficiency and performance based on varying operational requirements.

    • Alarms External Indication
      • This feature enhances the controller's ability to communicate to critical information and adds an extra layer of situational awareness to your system.

      • 4024 adds basic support for using SCS as a controller for thermostatic heating applications.
