Timed disabling for untracked equipment

The SCS Controller has an optional 'Timed Cooler Disable' feature that lets cold equipment owners disable equipment when it has not been tracked by their systems within a certain period of time.

This feature helps prevent the loss of equipment by ensuring only equipment being tracked, or connected to, regularly remains operational. This is intended to discourage equipment theft and unauthorised relocation because operation stops if the equipment is removed from approved locations.
